Episode 11 - Boundaries with susan Greenside

As a hairstylist, it's important to set boundaries with your clients. You need to be sure you're not overbooked and have time for yourself outside of work.

It can be hard to set boundaries with your clients because they may not understand why you're not always available. They may even get angry at you for setting limits.

Communication is key. Letting clients know what your boundaries are up-front will help set expectations on both sides and foster a happy relationship.

In this episode, I am chatting with my longtime friend, Susan Greenside, about setting boundaries in your business. Whether setting parameters around when it’s ok to contact you (not midnight) or how to communicate and enforce your cancellation policy, we hit it all.

As service professionals, we want to serve our clients, but they need to respect us too. This episode is all about setting client expectations so that they and you have a great relationship.
